Northway Equities is a real estate investment firm with a large portfolio of over 2,500 apartments on the east coast. In an effort to refresh their brand, the leadership at Northway approached us to redesign their website from the ground up. This includes a backend system allowing them to update their portfolio with new properties.

Mission

We began with extensive competition research to explore how we could differentiate Northway from similar firms. A major pain point that real estate firms face is the amount of time it takes to update a portfolio. To combat this, our engineers built a custom content management system (CMS), making any work on the website easier than sending an email.

Results

Our designers translated Northway's mission and core values into a sleek and modern website. This allows them to grow their online footprint and have a portfolio that they are proud to show off.
